Last updated: October 30, 2026

leveldashplay (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a browser-game portal at leveldashplay.top. This policy describes the information we process when you visit the site, browse categories, search, play embedded games, submit a message, or interact with advertising and measurement tools.

Please also read our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy. If you disagree with this policy, stop using the site.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the pages, listings, search, recommendations, contact form, and game-play pages we operate. It does not control independent game publishers, advertisers, payment processors, app stores, or other websites you may reach from our pages. Those services follow their own notices.

2. Information we collect

Information you send us

If you use the contact form or another support channel, we receive the details you choose to include, such as your name, email address, subject, and message. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government ID numbers, or health information.

Information collected automatically

When you open the site, your browser or device typically provides technical data we or our providers may log, including IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, browser and operating-system type, language, screen size, referring page, pages and games you open, search terms, session length, and error or performance events.

Information from partners

Hosting, security, analytics, advertising, and game-embed partners may share limited technical data needed to deliver a page, measure traffic, detect abuse, or load a game. If a game stores its own progress, that record is usually held by the game provider, not by us.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • operate, host, and display the portal and embedded games;
  • remember useful settings and keep sessions working;
  • understand which games and categories people open so we can improve navigation;
  • answer support messages and follow up when needed;
  • detect bots, fraud, cheating tools, scraping, and other misuse;
  • measure content and, where allowed, show or limit advertising;
  • meet legal requests and protect our rights, users, and partners.

Where local law requires a specific legal basis, we rely on the need to provide a requested service, our legitimate interest in running a secure entertainment site, compliance with law, or your consent for optional cookies and advertising.

We do not use automated systems to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you. Recommendations on the home page and category pages are based on general catalog data, not a detailed personal profile you create with us.

4. Who may receive information

We do not sell mailing lists. We may disclose information to:

  • companies that host, secure, cache, or support the site on our behalf;
  • analytics providers that help us understand traffic and performance;
  • advertising and consent tools, when those features are enabled;
  • game publishers or embed hosts, so a selected game can load;
  • advisers, authorities, or other parties when needed to comply with law, investigate abuse, or protect people and systems;
  • a successor if the site is transferred as part of a reorganization or sale, with appropriate safeguards.

We may also publish or share statistics that do not reasonably identify a person.

5. Cookies and similar tools

Cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar files may be used to keep the site reliable, remember preferences, measure visits, prevent abuse, and support advertising. You can limit cookies in your browser. Blocking some files may affect search, playback, or consent tools. More detail is in our Cookie Policy.

Where a recognized browser privacy signal is supported and required, we treat it as a request to limit optional tracking. Essential files needed for security and basic operation may still be used.

6. Embedded games and other sites

Opening a game can send your IP address, browser details, and referring page to the party that hosts that game. A game may also set its own cookies or ask for extra permissions. We do not control those practices. Review any notice shown inside the game before sharing extra information, and avoid using your real name in public chat.

Links on the site may take you to stores, videos, or social pages we do not operate. Their privacy rules apply once you leave our pages.

7. Where information is processed

Our infrastructure and partners may be located in countries other than yours. That means information can be processed in places with different privacy laws. Where a transfer safeguard is required, we use contracts or another recognized method. No internet service can promise the same legal environment in every country.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the reasons in this policy: running the site, answering messages, keeping security logs, resolving disputes, and meeting legal duties. Contact messages are usually kept long enough to handle the request and any follow-up. Technical logs are kept for a limited operational period unless a longer period is required for security or law. Information that has been de-identified may be kept longer.

9. How we protect information

We use practical technical and organizational measures, such as access limits, encrypted connections where supported, and monitoring for suspicious traffic. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You should also take care with the information you type into contact forms or third-party games. If you think the site has a security problem, tell us through the contact page.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold, object to or limit certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy authority. You can also:

  • clear or block cookies in your browser;
  • use any consent banner or privacy control shown on the site;
  • limit advertising identifiers in your device settings;
  • send a request through our contact form.

We may need to confirm your identity before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where local law allows, with proof of authority. We will not refuse service solely because you exercised a privacy right that applies to you. Some advertising uses of online identifiers may be treated as a “sale,” “share,” or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state laws even though we do not sell contact lists for money. You can opt out through available site controls, a supported browser signal, or the contact form.

11. Younger visitors

The portal is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13, or under the age required to consent to online data use in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child below that age. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us information can contact us so we can review and, if appropriate, delete it.

12. Updates

We may revise this policy when the site, our partners, or the law changes. The new version will be posted here with an updated date. If a change is substantial, we may also show a notice on the site. Continued use after the update means the revised policy applies to later visits.

13. Contact

Questions, privacy requests, or complaints can be sent through our contact form. Please say which right you want to use, if any, and enough detail for us to find the relevant information.

An individual game may show an extra privacy notice that covers only that game’s own processing. This policy describes the portal we operate.
