Terms of Service
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to leveldashplay at leveldashplay.top, including listings, search, recommendations, embedded games, and related pages (the “Service”).
By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Agreement
The Service is a discovery portal for browser games. Many titles are created, hosted, or operated by other companies. Using a listing, search result, or play page means you accept these Terms. Additional rules may appear inside a specific game; those rules apply between you and that game’s publisher.
2. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough under the law where you live to use an online entertainment site. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must allow and supervise your use and is responsible for it. Do not use the Service if local law forbids it or if we have blocked your access.
You do not need an account on leveldashplay to browse or play most games. If a game asks you to register with its own publisher, that relationship is separate from ours.
3. License to use the site
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. The Service is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, sell, rent, scrape in bulk, reverse engineer, or build a competing catalog from our pages except where a non-waivable law expressly allows it.
We and our licensors keep all other rights in the site design, software, text, arrangement, and branding. Game names, art, and software remain with their owners.
4. Playing games
A play page may load a game in an embed from a third party. That publisher controls the game’s rules, chat, saved progress, scores, availability, and technical operation. The game may need a current browser, hardware acceleration, or a stable connection, which you must provide.
In-game items, coins, or unlocks offered by a publisher have no cash value on our site unless that publisher clearly says otherwise under its own checkout terms. We do not operate a site-wide currency and do not promise refunds for purchases made inside someone else’s game.
We may use technical checks to reduce piracy, cheating, automated abuse, and unsafe embeds. Interfering with those checks may end your access.
5. Community and fair play
Use the Service so others can enjoy it. You agree not to:
- break the law or another person’s rights;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or share someone else’s private information;
- post or transmit hateful, sexually exploitative, or clearly harmful material;
- cheat, collude, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized bots, trainers, or hacks;
- attack, overload, scan, or try to break into our systems or a game host;
- spread malware, spam, or deceptive promotions;
- trade, farm, or sell accounts or in-game value in a way a game forbids;
- copy substantial parts of the catalog without permission.
We may review reports, remove material, restrict embeds, or block access when we reasonably believe these rules were broken. Multiplayer features inside a game may also be moderated by that game’s publisher.
6. Content you submit
If you send feedback, a contact message, or other material, you confirm you have the right to send it and that it does not infringe others. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that material as needed to operate, review, and improve the Service and to respond to you. Do not send confidential ideas you expect us to keep secret; we may already be working on similar features.
Player-created content that appears inside a third-party game is handled by that game’s terms, not by a license you grant to us, unless you also send it to us directly.
7. Advertising and optional purchases
Free access may be supported by ads from other companies. An ad is not our endorsement. Your dealings with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser.
Unless we clearly run the checkout ourselves, any purchase, subscription, or in-game payment is processed by the game publisher or store you choose. Read those terms, prices, and refund rules before paying, and get permission from the payment-account holder.
8. Ownership
Site branding, layout, original text, and our own graphics are protected. Game titles, characters, screenshots, and code belong to their rights holders and appear so you can find or play the relevant title.
If you believe something on the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, use the contact form. Include your details, the work you own, where the material appears, and a good-faith statement that you are authorized to complain.
9. Availability and changes
We do not promise that every game, category, ranking, or feature will remain available on every device or in every country. Publishers may take games offline. We may update, move, or remove listings, change recommendations, or pause the Service for maintenance, security, legal, or technical reasons, sometimes without prior notice.
Saved progress, scores, or chat history stored by a game may be lost if that game changes or shuts down. We are not required to keep a particular version of a title.
10. Suspension
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may limit or end access if we reasonably believe you broke these Terms, created a legal or security risk, abused the Service, or if law or a partner requires it. Sections that should naturally continue—such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—remain in effect after access ends.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose, or that a third-party game is accurate, safe, or still supported. Mandatory consumer warranties in your country are not taken away where they cannot be excluded.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we and our operators and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost data, progress, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that the law says cannot be limited, including fraud or, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Where permitted, you are responsible for claims that arise from your unlawful use of the Service, a serious breach of these Terms, or content you submit that harms someone else’s rights, except where consumer law says you cannot take on that responsibility.
13. General terms
Changes
We may update these Terms when the Service or the law changes. The new version is posted on this page with a new date. If a change is material we may show extra notice. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service.
Entire agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and any extra notice shown for a specific feature are the agreement for your use of the Service.
Other rules
If one part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a rule once, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign the Service to a successor that continues to operate it.
Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact form. Before starting a formal dispute, both sides should try to resolve the issue through that channel.
